Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use and purchase of the Web Growth Audit OS service, provided by Margus Veeber (margusveeber.com). By ordering, you agree to these Terms.
Scope of service
- The service is a one-off web audit delivered as:
- An editable Notion workspace
- Annotated Figma pages
- Video walkthroughs
- Standard delivery time is 2 weeks after I receive the necessary input from you.
Payment
- Payment is due in full at the time of order via Stripe.
- Work will not begin until payment has been received.
Refunds and cancellations
- All sales are final.
- Payments are non-refundable once an order is placed, as work may start immediately.
- Because the audit deliverables are personalized and digital, they cannot be returned once started or delivered.
Your responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information and timely input required for the audit.
- Delays in providing information may delay delivery.
Liability
- The audit provides expert insights and recommendations. While they are based on experience and proven methods, specific results (e.g., revenue or conversion increases) cannot be guaranteed.
